Kayla Benham, Counseling Intern Surprise & Online

Kayla is a graduate student at Grand Canyon University pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Forensic Psychology from Grand Canyon University as well. Kayla is passionate about helping others navigate life’s challenges with care, empathy, and understanding. She takes a gentle, compassionate approach to counseling and strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, heard, and valued. Kayla believes in the importance of real, genuine connection and works with individuals, couples, and families to tap into their strengths, gain self-understanding, and make progress toward growth and positive change.
